Product Overview

The RJField Ethernet Connection System transforms standard RJ45 cordsets into a robust solution for harsh environments. It enables Ethernet Class D / Cat. 5e connections (10 BaseT, 100 BaseTX, 1000 BaseT) in demanding conditions. Key features include sealing against fluids and dusts (IP67), resistance to shock, vibration, and traction, tool-free field operation, mechanical coding/polarization, and improved EMI protection. The patented RJStop system allows the use of standard RJ45 cordsets within a metallic plug, which is then connected to a receptacle via a Tri-Start Thread coupling mechanism (MIL-DTL-38999 series III type) with an anti-decoupling device. Receptacles offer various back terminations, including female RJ45, RJ45 cordset, or solder termination. Shielding is transmitted to the connector shells for enhanced EMI protection.
